Dear Preschool Parents,

September

Welcome back to St. Philip’s ECC for our 2019-20 preschool year! Ms. Julie and Ms. Crystal are very excited about the upcoming year; many hours of preparation were dedicated to our preschool program this summer. Ms. Julie ordered new equipment to enhance the overall learning experiences and Ms. Lauren added curriculum to the Preschool 4s Enrichment program. The ECC library also expanded over the summer so the children now have access to over 675 books during their Lending Library days.

September is a busy month so please take a look at the center calendar. You’ll find important dates such as: Fall Festival, Grandparents Day, and Enrichments. Enrichment classes for Preschool 4s will begin on September 9, 2019, Monday to Friday, from 1:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Also on September 9th, we will host our first Grandparents Breakfast for the Preschool 4s class. This year’s Fall Festival is scheduled on September 21st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m Bracelets will be available for purchase before the event. Any event questions can be directed to Ms. Jaqueline at [email protected].

Monthly tuition is due by the 20th of each month for “preschool only” families ($200 per month for 4/5s; $160 per month for 3s). Preschool tuition and enrichment classes are included in daycare costs if you are a center family. However, if “preschool only” families are interested in enrichment classes or lunch, please let us know.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can also reach Ms. Julie through email at [email protected] or me at [email protected].

Thank you for choosing St. Philip’s ECC!
