Dear Parents,

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! We hope you enjoy your holiday. As a reminder, we close early December 31st for New Year’s Eve.

The 2019 expense reports will be dispersed the first week of January for your taxes. They will be mailed to the address provided when you enrolled. If there is remaining balance from 2019, please make sure it is paid in full by January 3, 2020.

Thank you to all who donated mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves. Unleashing Potential serves as the city’s biggest Before/After school care provider so every donation is sincerely appreciated.

We would all like to thank you for trusting St. Philip’s ECC with your children and letting us be a part of your child’s lives. Here is to another great year!

Policy Reminder

Per the ECC handbook and parent contract, the “extended hours” fee is $5 per day if your child is in attendance longer than ten hours. Although we’ve been lenient, it is causing staffing issues in several classrooms. In addition, please remember there is a $1 per minute charge for pick-up after close at 6:00 p.m. Beginning January 2020, attendance will be monitored daily and charged accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation.
