We are so glad nicer weather is finally here. Please make sure your child had appropriate shoes as we will be going outside when possible.

What are We Learning
Literacy
We will review the letters R, S, T, and U this month. We will be reading “Silly Sally,” “Turnabe Ted,” and “The Night Before Easter.” We will also play I Have Who Has with letters.
Math
The children will be matching numbers with Rocky Pairs. They will count Lucky Charm marshmallows and gold coins, and we will graph jelly beans.
Physical
For fine motor, we will make shapes with our rubber band boards, lace straws, cut tiger stripes, and paint a rainbow unicorn. For gross motor, the children will play “Ready Action,” go on a green scavenger hunt, and do an “Under Over Obstacle” course. We will also play Easter Actions.
Science
We will be writing names in Rainbow Rice, experiment with Magic Leprechaun Rocks, and a unicorn sensory hunt.
Social/Emotional
The children will play Right & Left, answer if they have ever seen a Leprechaun, and go on a letter T treasure hunt. We will also guess how many jelly beans are in the jar and count the jelly beans to see who is the closest.
