What are We Learning
Literacy
We will review the letters S, T, and U this month. We will be reading “Silly Sally,” “Turnabe Ted,” and “Uni The Unicorn.” We will also play I Have Who Has with letters.
Math
The children will be matching numbers with Rocky Pairs. They will count Lucky Charm marshmallows and gold coins, and we will also build towers by matching cubes to number.
Physical
For fine motor, we will lace straws, cut tiger stripes, and paint a rainbow unicorn. For gross motor, the children will go on a green scavenger hunt, and do an “Under Over Obstacle” course. We will also move like bugs.
Science
We will write letters in sand, experiment with Magic Leprechaun Rocks, and a unicorn sensory hunt.
Social/Emotional
The children will make sentences about the seashore using words that begin with S. We will also answer if they have ever seen a Leprechaun, and go on a letter T treasure hunt.

Reminders
Library check out dates will be on March 2nd (due on March 9th) and March 16th (due on March 23rd)
Please make sure your child has their folder EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
