Dear Parents,
St. Philip’s ECC will be hosting a Parents’ Night Out for Valentine’s Day on February 11, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The cost is $35 per child and includes dinner, care, activities, and a movie (multiple children pricing available). Please reserve your space with Ms. Jaqueline at [email protected] before Feb. 3rd for staffing purposes.
In an effort to make delivery before Easter, our spring fundraiser dates have changed. Telefunds “It’s a Poppin’ Time” begins February 27 and ends March 13. With 40% profit on every item sold, we hope to raise $5,000 to help offset the purchase of new playground surfacing for our I-T playground. As a sign of our appreciation, the top three sellers will receive tuition credits ($125, $75, $50).
Annual registration for our 2023-24 school year is due February 17, 2023, to guarantee your child’s placement. We are currently at capacity for all age groups and only accepting infant reservations (born after August 1, 2023).
As a reminder, in order to qualify for the monthly discount, payments must be made by the 20th of each month or your discount shall be forfeited. Weekly payments are due Friday mornings by 9:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation

Important Announcement
Valentine Grams are available now for $1.50 each. We will deliver them to your child’s classroom on February 14th. If your child does not attend on Tuesday, we will leave it in their cubby.
