Many thanks to…
Dori Hudson, Patty Siewing, and Walter Knoll Florist for donating items to the UCC fundraiser auction for Habitat. You can’t have an auction without auction items, and your generosity is appreciated!
Everyone who supported the auction by placing bids. You can’t have an auction without bids, and this auction netted $4,100 for Habitat!
Everyone who supported the corned beef dinner held at Samuel UCC. You can’t have dinner if no one eats and this event netted $8,700 for Habitat.
The St. Philip’s Habitat Work Day is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, 2025. You can’t have a work day without workers and Andrea Tukin is coordinating filling those volunteer slots. There are many UCC congregations in the St. Louis area that are much larger than St. Philip’s yet they struggle to provide a half-crew (5 people) or cannot supply any volunteers at all. Given our size, our congregation can be very proud that 2025 will be the third consecutive year that we have provided a full 10-person crew!
Please contact Terri Karcher if you have any questions about Habitat or our support of this important organization.
