A Note from Ms. Kaitlin
It is bittersweet the school year is coming to an end. We will miss seeing all of them grow and learn new things, but we are so excited about their next step in life!

What Are We Learning?
📚 Literacy
We will review the alphabet with letter recognition and sounds. We will read “There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed the ABCs,” “I Love You, Mom,” and “What the Dinosaurs Did Last Night.”
🔢 Math
The children will count Mother’s Day items, measure dinosaur tracks, and match numbers to objects.
🏃♀️ Physical
For fine motor, the children will write letters, practice cutting, and lace beads. For gross motor, we will exercise through the alphabet, play Musical Alphabet, and do a Dinosaur Walk.
🔬 Science
We will have a Dinosaur Day this month! We will paint a dinosaur silhouette, explore with dinosaur fizzy eggs, and capture dinosaur letters. We will also make a class book about having a pet dinosaur.
❤️ Social & Emotional
The children will play Letter Kaboom and fix a mixed-up alphabet. We will also sing “M-O-M-M-Y” and “If You Love Your Mom and Know It.” We will also dance to “Boom Chicka Boom – Mother’s Day.”
