Book Club

Homegoing by Yaa GysasiOn Saturday, August 4, 2018, we will discuss Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi, an epic novel about the descendants of two sisters born in Africa in the late 1700s.

Our next selection is Orphan’s Tale, set in a New York orphanage. It is the story of a 13-year-old boy and his struggles when the orphanage closes. The date for discussion of this book will be in early September.

Think about joining us. You can read only books that appeal to you, or read every single book. We meet after church, share a light potluck lunch, and have a good time! We are usually finished by noon.
