Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We have an exciting month planned for Preschool 4s. We are going to visit Santa and have a very fun Christmas Party planned for December 20, 2018. Look for more details to come.

What are We Learning
Literacy
We will be reviewing the letters O, P, Q, and R, with the letter sounds, and thinking of words that start with each letter. We will have a letter review at the end of the month to review letters A-R. The children will also be guessing what is in the stocking, and a Hershey Kiss Memory.
Math
The children will be counting Cheerios on an octopus, number ornament tracing, candy cane number cards, and gingerbread playdough number mats.
Science
We will be playing with ducks in our “Quacking Duck Pond” and experimenting with a “Magic Rainbow.”
Physical
For Fine Motor we will be writing letters in an oatmeal and a candy cane writing tray, painting with pompoms and Q-tips, tracing robots, rubber band peg board, string beads on ribbon, and tracing letters on ornaments.
For Gross Motor the children will be tossing bean bags and quarters, playing with the parachute with balls, going on a Candy Cane Hunt.
