What are We Learning
Literacy
We will learn about the letters V, W, X and Y with Zoophonics. We will meet Vincent the Vampire Bat, Willie the Weasel, Xavier the Fox, and Yancy the Yak. We will continue to review all the letters we have learned this year as well.
Math
The children will sort vegetables and fruit, trace shapes, and make colorful watermelons. We will also match Wild Things shadows.
Physical
For For fine motor, we will dobber the letter W, put together Wild Things puzzles, and lace the letter L with yellow yarn. For gross motor, we will jump on Xs and do ABC Yoga. We will also do Wild Things Action.
Science
The children will explore with Vampire Slime, find yellow objects in the sensory bin, and paint with yogurt.
Social/Emotional
The children will graph if they like vegetables and go on a hunt for Exit signs. We will also sing “Willabee, Wallabee,” which is a rhyming song using our names.

- April 29 – No Preschool (Fish Room Trike-A-Thon)
Reminders
Please remember folders need to be brought to school EVERY Tuesday and Thursday.
Lending Library books will be checked out on April 8th (returned on April 15th) and April 22nd (returned on April 29th).
