Dear Parents,
St. Philip’s ECC will be hosting a Parents’ Night Out for Valentine’s Day on February 9th from 6-10pm. The cost is $35 per child and includes dinner, care, activities, and a movie (multiple children pricing available). Please reserve your space with Ms. Jaqueline at [email protected] before Feb. 7th for staffing purposes.
Our spring fundraiser will be Telefunds “It’s a Poppin’ Time”. It will begin Mar. 4th and ends Mar. 15th. With 40% profit on every item sold, we hope to raise $5,000 to add to our Fall fundraiser to revamp our playground equipment. As a sign of our appreciation, the top three sellers will receive tuition credits ($100, $75, $50).
Annual registration for our 2024-25 school year is due Feb. 23rd to guarantee your child’s placement. We are currently at capacity for all age groups and only accepting infant reservations (born after 8/1/24).
As a reminder, in order to qualify for the monthly discount, payments must be made by the 20th of each month or your discount shall be forfeited. Weekly payments are due Friday mornings by 9:00am. We appreciate your cooperation.

Valentine Grams available now for $1.50 each. We will deliver them to your child’s classroom on February 14th. If your child does not attend on Wednesday, we will leave it in their cubby.
